Our Sonographer: Sally Casagrande, RDMS

Sally started in Ultrasound in 1978. Before there were schools in ultrasound, she would travel to UCSF to visit their campus to learn everything she could. Over the years she has gone wherever she could obtain further education. Sally has worked at most of the local hospitals. Obstetric Ultrasound has always been her specialty. In 2000 she started working in High Risk Obstetric Ultrasound, she has had extra training in 3D/4D and is excited to bring this service to Paradise.

Our Radiologisit:  Bradford M. Piatt, M.D.

A diagnostic radiologist with subspecialty certification in neuroradiology. Dr. Piatt was raised and educated in the Bay Area. After studying architecture and biochemistry, he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley, and then attended Vanderbilt Medical School in Nashville, Tennessee. He subsequently completed his radiology residency at the University of California, Davis, Medical Center, a regional trauma center, where extensive experience was obtained in neuroradiology, musculoskeletal imaging, trauma radiology and ultrasound.

Since completing his radiology residency and achieving Radiology Board certification, he joined his father’s practice, expanding the outpatient imaging in Orinda, Lafayette and Oakland. Dr. Piatt has maintained active teaching status at UCDMC where he is currently an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Neuroradiology. He has been a consistent teacher to residents, lecturing in many facets of radiology, and has received multiple teaching awards. In addition to expertise in musculoskeletal imaging and neuroradiology, Dr. Piatt has strong interests in mammography, general and obstetric  ultrasound.
